This Privacy Policy applies to the use of our online academy, which is provided by Aims Academy, Inc. (“Aims Academy”, “we”, “our” or “us”). The terms “you”, “your” or “yours” mean the person who is using our online academy. Aims Academy respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. (ii) Aims Academy no longer needs the personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy but you require such personal data for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims; and/or
(iii) you object on grounds relating to your particular situation to the processing of your personal data by Aims Academy and Aims Academy is considering whether its legitimate interests override your interests.
