The Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Aims Academy provided by our Company ("we", "us", or "our"). By using our Aims Academy, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Aims Academy.

We may modify these Terms at any time and will post the revised Terms on our Aims Academy. By continuing to use our Aims Academy after the revised Terms are posted, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Aims Academy. If you are under 18, you may not use our Aims Academy.

You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You may not use someone else's account without their permission.

Don't misuse our Aims Academy. For example, don't interfere with our Aims Academy or try to access it using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide. You may use our Aims Academy only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Aims Academy to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using our Aims Academy does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in our Aims Academy or the content you access. You may not use content from our Aims Academy unless you obtain permission from its owner or are otherwise permitted by law. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used in our Aims Academy. Don't remove, obscure, or alter any legal notices displayed in or along with our Aims Academy.

In connection with your use of the Aims Academy, we may send you service announcements, administrative messages, and other information. You may opt out of some of those communications.

Some of our Aims Academy features may be software that is downloaded to your device. Autoupdate features may update that software automatically on your device once a new version or feature is available. These terms apply to any updates or new versions of that software, unless other terms accompany those updates or new versions, in which case, those other terms apply.
We provide the Aims Academy "as is", "with all faults", and "as available". We do not guarantee the accuracy or timeliness of information available from the Aims Academy. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

We are constantly changing and improving our Aims Academy. We may add or remove functionalities or features of the Aims Academy at any time, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature or the Aims Academy altogether.

You may use our Aims Academy only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We may suspend or stop providing our Aims Academy to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
In no event will we be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with these terms or the use of the Aims Academy, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of these terms or your use of the Aims Academy will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100) or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve months.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
These terms and any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the Aims Academy will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms or the Aims Academy will be filed only in state or federal court located in Los Angeles County, California, and you irrevocably and unconditionally consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts over any suit, action, or proceeding arising out of these terms or the Aims Academy.

We may revise these terms from time to time. If we make a change to these terms that, in our sole discretion, is material, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Aims Academy prior to the change becoming effective. By continuing to access or use the Aims Academy after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Aims Academy. They supersede any prior agreements between you and us regarding the Aims Academy. If we fail to enforce any of these terms, it will not be considered a waiver.
Any amendment to or waiver of these terms must be made in writing and signed by us. You may not assign any of your rights under these terms, and any such attempt will be void. We may freely assign our rights under these terms.
The headings used in these terms are included for convenience only and have no legal or contractual significance.
